What is PTV-F and who are the persons behind it?
PTV-F stands for Pakistan Television Foundation (Guarantee) Limited, a company duly incorporated by the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan under Companies Ordinance 1984.

It is a State Enterprise under the Administrative control of the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Government of Pakistan.

How can I reach the location of PTV-F housing scheme?
PTV-F housing Scheme is located on main Fateh Jang road. There are Four ways to reach the housing scheme:

Motorway
From the motorway M1/ M2 exit on Fateh Jang road, turn left towards Fateh Jang and follow the PTV-F sign boards. It is on the left hand side of the road.

Islamabad Kashmir Highway
From Kashmir Highway turn right on the GT road towards Taxila, after 3 kilometers turn left on the Fateh Jang/ Kohat road and follow the PTV-F sign boards. It is on the left hand side.

Rawalpindi Bypass
From Rawalpindi bypass exit on Thalian interchange on the Motorway and go towards Peshawar. Exit on Fateh Jang road, turn left towards Fateh Jang and follow the PTV-F sign boards. It is on the left hand side.

New Islamabad International Airport
From the new Airport take the ‘Route C’ and turn left on the Fateh Jang/ Kohat road and follow the PTV-F sign boards; it is on the left hand side.

What is the driving time from this scheme to the new Islamabad International Airport?

The driving time is around 3 minutes.

How far is the scheme from Motorway exit?

The driving time from Motorway Exit on Fateh Jang road is around 2 minutes.

Where is the proposed Islamabad Zero point located and how far is this scheme?

The proposed Islamabad Zero Point is located on the cross roads of Motor way and Kashmir Highway. It is less than 4 minutes drive from the scheme.

Are there any other prominent housing schemes in the area?

There are a number of posh housing schemes in public and private sector under development in this area. A sewage and garbage treatment plant on site will service the scheme.

Is public transport available in the area?

Round the clock public transport is available.

Can I apply for more than one plot?

An applicant can apply for only one plot in his/ her name.

What sort of payment schedules is available to me?

Multiple payment schedules are available to suit every income group. For detailed payment options see Payment schedule.

Will I have to pay for the Development Charges?

Development Charges will be payable after the full payment of undeveloped plot.

When is PTV-F supposed to issue allotment letters?

Allotment letters will be issued after the receipt of full payment of undeveloped plot, before the commencement of development work of the scheme.


Can I transfer my plot?

Plots are transferable on prior approval of PTV-F.

Can I surrender my plot?

Plots can be surrendered.

When will I get possession of my plot?

Immediately after the completion of development work.

Which Authority bylaws will apply for construction of my house?

Capital Development Authority (CDA) bylaws will apply.
