  The Housing Scheme

PTV-F Housing scheme is a mega project of Pakistan Television Foundation (Guarantee) Limited. The scheme is designed for PTV employees and for employees of the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation and Shalimar Recording and Broadcasting Company with a certain percent of plots reserved for general public. The Foundation will make available all the essential civic services such as roads, electricity, gas, water & telephone. The scheme will have schools, health services, shopping areas, parks, mosques and others for high-quality living. The plots price will be collected in two phases. Initially the applicant will pay the price of undeveloped plot in installments; a discounted cash price is also available. In the second phase the development charges will also be collected in installments. The prices of different size of plots are most competitive with regard to prices of other housing schemes in the vicinity.

Motorway
From the motorway M1/ M2 exit on Fateh Jang road, turn left towards Fateh Jang and follow the PTV-F sign boards. It is on the left hand side of the road.

Islamabad Kashmir Highway
From Kashmir Highway turn right on the GT road towards Taxila, after 3 kilometers turn left on the Fateh Jang/ Kohat road and follow the PTV-F sign boards. It is on the left hand side.

Rawalpindi Bypass
From Rawalpindi bypass exit on Thalian interchange on the Motorway and go towards Peshawar, from the Motorway exit on Fateh Jang/ Kohat road, turn left towards Fateh Jang and follow the PTV-F sign boards. It is on the left hand side.

New Islamabad International Airport
From the Airport take the ‘Route C’ and turn left on the Fateh Jang road and follow the PTV-F sign boards; it is on the left hand side.
